Born in Switzerland, I immigrated with my family to Australia when I was six years old. While I now call Australia home, I've also had the opportunity to live in Switzerland, Hungary, South Africa and Spain, visit more than 30 other countries and learn four languages. Consequently, I'm comfortable working with people of all ages, and from a variety of industries, cultures and backgrounds.
My life and work experience is rich and varied, and I've enjoyed working in a variety of other professional roles including as an office administrator, English teacher, PR/Communications officer, journalist, media liaison officer, business mentor, event/training coordinator and vocational trainer.
I'm passionate about sharing my skills, knowledge and experience, and have enjoyed being a guest speaker at a variety of team building days, events and conferences, in Australia and overseas.
I've also published my first book, “Life Salsa: Life Lessons from the Dance Floor”, which is available on Amazon.
When I'm not working, you might find me meditating in the peace of the early morning, enjoying a glass of red with a friend, challenging myself at a dance class, sitting in a favourite cafe absorbed in a book, wandering around an art gallery, walking at the beach at sunset or on a plane flying to my next travel destination (when we're able to travel again!).
I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
